Commercial workSince 2009, Tree Stump Masters has been providing professional, top-quality stump removal and stump grinding to the greater Atlanta area, and this is the machine behind it: a 60-horsepower track machine with a wireless remote control. The operator walks beside it, not on it, so the grinder can creep in close to a deck, a fence or a foundation while the person running it watches the cut.
The tracks extend and retract, contracting hydraulically from 48 to 35 inches for tight working conditions. Extended for maximum climbing power, contracted for the tight spots.
Only 3.2 psi ground pressure: that is all the weight the compact unit puts on your grass. Rubber tracks spread the load: one customer asked for the machine to stay off the neighbor's side and noticed it never messed up the lawn.
A patented turntable keeps the engine low and level and is the reason for the cutter's giant 70-inch swing travel.
A 60-horsepower Deutz diesel for cutting power, and four speeds: high-speed travel mode to cross the yard, high-torque cutting mode at the flip of a switch.

What a great job! I had 40 very large trees removed from my property and needed all the stumps grinded.
