What a great job! I had 40 very large trees removed from my property and needed all the stumps grinded. Bates was recommended to me by the tree removal service and I must say I'm thankful for the recommendation they gave me. He had them all done in two days! He came out while I was at work, the day I called him and gave me an estimate within an hour of arrival. It was much less than I expected! He had the job completed within 2 days. WOW! Great job! I would highly recommend him.

Bates Hite was prompt, efficient and very responsive. He removed 4 stumps on my property did a great job with care and concern for my property. I highly recommend his business and would use him again in the future!!
He helped me figure out what prep work we needed to do, and then was able to take care of my stump the same day. Very professional, efficient, and communicative!
Happy with the service from Bates. Had the best quote of the three companies I contacted and was professional and friendly. I asked him to drive the machine closer to one side of the yard as to not go on the neighbors side and he made it work (the grinder didn’t end up messing up the lawn anyways). Did the job, cleaned up well, would definitely use again.
I've been trying to get someone out for weeks to grind 2 large stumps but most places were unresponsive and had horrible communication with overinflated pricing. Finally searched again and ran into TSM. They were prompt, responsive, and communicated the job quickly and were out in few days to grind out the stumps. I rarely recommend anyone but i give this place 5 stars.

I recommend Tree Stump Masters 100%. On time, great work, great cleanup. A pleasure to deal with.
Bates was so great to work with! He took out several stumps for me and easily handled the two that were in tricky spots near the house. They cleaned up everything perfectly afterwards as well. I highly recommend!
This guy is fantastic, highly recommend. I'm a tax accountant, so I'm fairly particular about things. He arrived early, ground 7 stumps and some minor shrub stumps in 30 minutes flat. His machine is on rubber tracks and remote controlled.
Great company!!! Quality work at a fair price which are hard to find in this area.
Bates did excellent work! He was extremely professional, responsive and efficient. I went out and got 5 other quotes and Bates + Tree Stump Masters was the most reasonable quote that I received. Highly recommend Bates + Tree Stump Masters for all of your stump needs!
Incredible service. Honest and upfront on timing and cost. Showed up exactly when he said he would.
TSM have provided stump-grinding services on my property four times in the past three years. Bates is an excellent communicator, provides excellent services--from start to finish, maintains equipment that is effective/reliable/safe, and has been a joy to work with!
Fantastic service and turn around time. We had an emergency need for his services on a huge oak tree and he responded faster than expected.
Highly recommend. Bates is very prompt and great to work with. He removed a massive oak stump in our back yard in a hard to reach spot right next to our deck. He was able to operate the machine around the deck and remove the stump for us.
Can't say enough good things - great job, fair pricing, great & friendly service, super fast response time! Came out the same day locates cleared!
Amazing fast and professional service. Thank you!
Bates did a fantastic job getting rid of 43 stumps for us. He was on time and his prices are the best around.
